10th Anniversary
Patient Appreciation Days!!!
SHAW Chiropractic will observe its 10th Anniversary on May 4th, 2023. We want to invite you to celebrate with us. We will be hosting a Patient Appreciation Day on May 4th and May 5th.
During these two days we will offer:
1. Chiropractic adjustments for $10 (with the donation of a bag of food to donate to the Utah Food Bank) or $20 without a donation.
2. Refreshments and fun
3. Fitness Contests- Hanging, Balance, Plank- See images below
4. Coloring Contests
5. Prizes
6. Chair Massages
Plus, at noon on Friday May 5th, Dr Shaw will be heading out to the parking lot with his BAGPIPES to play Amazing Grace to say farewell to all of the weight and inches that have been lost in the contest this month.

Coloring/Drawing Contests
Awards given to winners in the following age groups: 0-5, 6-9, and 10-18. Adults can participate as well if they wish :)
Open up the attached file and print whichever page (or all of them) to color and bring them in any time before our event ends on May 5th.
If your child does not want to color the pages included they can draw a picture of someone being adjusted and submit that.
